Plus/Minus and the Honors Program

Confirmed:
The GPA requirement for the Honors Program and for Honors Scholarships (Bernard Ramsey, Foundation Fellowship, etc.) will be computed under the Plus/Minus system.

  1. Seems consistent with the idea that everything will be based on +/-, other than HOPE. It will be interesting to see how relatively unrelated parts of the “experiment”, like this one, will be impacted. Yanking a few major scholarships based on a couple of minus grades could have students and parents up in arms…

  2. I agree wholeheartedly… the Foundation Fellowship, the Ramsey Honors Scholarship, and the Charter Scholarship could see a huge increase in dropouts…
